Antonella manages the day-to-day smooth running of the busy Moores Rowland office, coordinating and supervising administrative and management processes to ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
She coordinates the human resources function of the company, oversees all personnel administration, welcomes new employees as well as leading communication between management and employees.
Antonella assists the senior management team by conducting in-depth statistical and documentary research, sourcing and verifying important information, administratively assisting the client services team and playing a key role in liaising with all the different functions of the business and the accounts department.
Antonella has more than 35 years’ experience supporting senior executives, has a Diploma in Accounting and Business Administration (Italy) and speaks Italian, English and French.
