Dominique works alongside clients and intermediaries to establish and manage Monegasque civil companies (SCIs/SCPs).
She is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of entities and her work includes drafting and reviewing agreements, drafting minutes, preparing and filing statutory documents, performing file reviews and attending client meetings.
Prior to joining Moores Rowland Dominique worked at Banque Nationale de Paris assisting with invested saving and foreign services. She holds a PhD in Economics and has more than 20 years’ experience in lecturing and teaching economics and mathematics.
She is fluent in French, Italian and English.
